Essence Healthcare's vision was clear: to preserve the historical significance of the army building while optimizing it for medical purposes. They required a seamless integration of old-world charm with contemporary medical amenities. Our interior design services were enlisted to ensure the project's success, which included creating seven consulting rooms with custom cabinetry, privacy screens, and referral desks within a strict seven-week timeline. Additionally, our team was responsible for managing council approvals, adhering to Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) standards, and executing extensive restoration work on plumbing, electrical systems, and roofing.
